All of the companies are automatically rolling over my loan - does that imply that they are illegal lenders?

you may want to send them that letter, it cleary states that rollover are NOT permitted

Where would I find the sample letter revoking authorization to take money from my acct? I looked in the sample letters section of this site, but I did not see anything.
