I just cannot believe these people. I got an email today from the BBB about my complaint to them about East Side Lenders. This is what East Side sent to the BBB:

We are licensed in the state of Delaware to provide small loans. We were able to provide {ME} with a small loan in her time of need and she has paid her loan back in full. Her loan status is paid in full as of 10/18/2007. Attached is a copy of the information that was sent to the customer and her loan documents. If you need additional information please feel free to contact us at 1-800-689-5603." |

The funny part about this is what they attached is the email (dated 10/22/07) that I received the other day stating "We still consider your loan to be outstanding and are prepared to go to arbitration as provided for in the Loan Agreement between us."
HAHA! I have their letter to the BBB saying paid in full. Let them try to get any more money from me!
