Their policy is to steal 4 interest payments of incredible proportion plus $1 from your bank account, then on the fifth and sixth payments steal another incredible interest payment plus $1 and 50% of the principal.

All of these companies are one in the same. I found out the hard way. I had 4 deposits go into my account. 3 came from one main company who handles loans for other companies. I never even thought to call the bank about a deposit as the one gentleman did and I paid over $1000 just in finance charges for the 4 deposits. They tell you to fax your request but you can never get the fax to go through. I was embarrassed but finally called the bank and put stop payments on them because I could never get in touch with someone to pay the balances off. They told me that they actually see a lot of this. There should be laws that regulate theses companies and more information passed along to people. ALSO BEWARE, there are companies now seeking out people who have payday loan debt. They want you to give them a limited Power of Attorney, close out your checking account and open a savings account for them to deduct payments from to pay off your loans. They claim that they can reduce them for you.

Have not received a loan from this company but a debit of 98.50 shows on my account indicating 12 debits. No money was deposit. Provide me with a contact number and licensure information. I have already reported this to the Attorney's General Office. Refund my money or send me documentation.
