Not sure if that is the correct name but i received a loan from them, but can not find anything on them. i have nothing in my email that they sent me any documents concerning my loan. tried to find them on the internet and can't find anything. that is how i found this site and i thinks this is great. BOY DO I NEED HELP (in more ways than one) LOL

white, has the money already been deposited into your account by this company? If so, you may be able to check your bank statement (or call the bank) and see what it says next to the deposit. It should have a name or a telephone number associated with the deposit. Maybe you can get more information from that to find out who these guys are.

I had a loan where the payments showed up as NLS Cashadv. My original loan was for $325. I paid $98.50 per month for 4 months to keep the loan going. Two more payments finally paid off the loan. In total I paid $866.25 for that $325 loan! My bad for not researching it better and I must admit it was nice not having to pay the original amount back within a couple weeks. As far as the telephone number it is 877-995-1400. They will ask for your ssn.

I just now found out that I am still being charged when I thought that I had it paid off a while back. I have made 5 payments of 98.50 and one of 162.50 on the same day as one of the 98.50 charges. I found the number and called and was told that my last payment is March 31st and will be 212.23. That makes my payments to date 829.23 for a 320.00 loan in September. I think I will call them again and find out what is going on. I certainly will never borrow from them again!!!!!!!!!!!

The company that lists on your bank statement as NLS is SignMyLoan.net. Not sure why they do not add a phone number. I thought all companies were required to put a contact phone number... hmmmm... Anyway, thought you'd want to know.

For those that say they didn't get any information, did you check your junk email folder? You should have recd a copy of your contract and a payment schedule where they explain their polices. If you don't want to follow the schedule, you just have to call, but you obviously should do that immediately, not after a bunch of payments come out. Rolling Eyes

If you look in your junk email folder you will probably find your original contract from the company, that's where it goes sometimes. Also, they send out a payment schedule, which you don't have to follow, but you have to contact them to change the payment, and obviously you shouldn't wait til you've already made some payments, do it asap. Also, it's probably a good idea to take down the phone number and website when you take out a loan. Rolling Eyes

I recently used Max Pay Day for a cash advance and in addition to that loan a second deposit from "NLS" appeared. No phone number, no approval from me!!

I called my credit union as soon as I saw the deposit and with writted request they were able to refuse the cash. I don't know what will happen now, hopefully they will not try and take any money out for repayment of a loan that I didn't approve and then refused.

Glad I found this site, I called the number that was listed in one of the posts for signmyloan.net. I talked to them and for a $250 loan, that the contract says would be paid off on my next payday at the price of $325 went way up, as I didn't read the fine print in a contract I never saw before she mailed it to me today that says you have to check a box and fax to have the amount paid in full at the date before 12 noon on that day. Otherwise, they have taken 4 payments out of my bank account for $76.50 and she says I have 2 more payments one for $201.00 and one for $163.50 Which means I am paying $670.50 for a $250 loan. Anyone thinking of using them, don't!
