Hi,
does anyone have the list of banks that does not use chexsystem for the state of florida?

Thanks so much. Yea, when I was posting before, I hadn't registered as of yet. I have a friend that needs a bank that doesn't use chexsystems. I told her I would try to get a list fo her. She was going to use one of the online 'banks'. I asked her to wait, till we can get the list. Hopefully... she will. All is well with me so far. one marked me paid in full, the other wants to settle for $50.00 less that waht I borrowed and another will settle for the borrowed amount minus the fees that I have already paid. So.. not bad. I told them I can pay for awhile as I need to get straightened out first.

I'm glad you registered! You're getting some great results. You know, I did read on here the other day that Bank of America (?) will open an account on line and if you do it on line, they don't use chex. They just open it for you. Now, I'm not totally positive. But I know I read something about it. Because they were saying if you go into the bank, they will run Chex, but if you do it on line, they won't. And I know that a couple of guys at my work went through Bank of American on line since they couldn't get an account the "regular" way. Now, I have also read some things about Bank of America that aren't pretty. But I'm just letting you know what I read. Goudah will pm the list to you. I promise. But you can do a search on the site and see what comes up about Bank of America. I think it was just a couple days ago.......
