Hi All;
On Nov 6th a Northway Credit deposited $300.00 into my account. On Nov 9th, Northway Debit withdrew $190.50 twice! It cost me $81.00 for 2 days!? I would have been better off going to the mob. Now I am in such a mess I don't even know how I'll make my rent this month. Forget Christmas  , it's not happening in my world. Sometimes it would just be easier to die.

Cynthia, please do not give up hope, atleaset let us see if there is any way to help you... was this part of their agreement? Were they supposed to debit twice on that day? What state are you in? Have you contacted the bank about these debits...to possibly dispute them?

That is how they do it now. They do not extend loans and when they take the cash out they do it in two debits.... unfortunately yes they did take that 80 dollars as a fee for two days. Whatever you do, do not take another one out from them if you run out of money..... find any other way to get the cash that you may need for your rent.

Cynthia, did you apply for a loan with Payday Avenue or Sonic Cash? I believe those debits come out as Northway Credit or Northway Debit. If you didn't truly borrow from them, you need to talk to your bank about fraudulent charges. However, if you did borrow, they have gotten their money back and like it was stated above, don't borrow from them again. They are a NASTY and highly illegal company!

Yes, they are evil, evil, evil......I still get a complimentary phone call everyday from them as well as my boss. I think that they are mad that they could not do their wage assignment on me. I say that I owe them $235.00, they say $1200. I am going to hold out on the $235, and if they do not want that then they will ZERO!
