I've tried to review the contract to determine installment or payday loan? It's confusing when reading through it. Regardless, I understand that I need to pay the principle, but I need to concentrate on my legal PDL's first so I'm trying to determine if this is legal or not. Of course, Payday One won't tell me a think. I found that they are licensed in KY. What I can remember is that they made me pay either interest only for a maximum of 3 or 4 times and then 10% of the principle had to be included in the payment along with the interest charge. Any advice?

Have you tried researching installment lenders regulations in your state, that would be somewhere to start. http://www.kfi.ky.gov/statsregs.htm

Yes, that's the trouble with DFI sites, navigating it isn't that simple and requires a lot of time clicking here and clicking there to obtain the information you're seeking.
