Does anyone know if payday one is a legal payday compnay in Ohio. I sent them a letter and told them they can no longer have any contact with me and my bank and from what I have paid in rollover and fees my loan should be paid in full 3 times over. They still insist if owe $1085.00

I hope that before you sent the letter, you closed your account . If not they will go in and take what they want, and leave yiuy with nothing
