I had to close my checking account because my car loan companies computers had been compromised and whomever got the numbers began using my checking account for pre-orders and subscriptions and such. most I was able to STOP but, I have payday loans coming out and completely forgot to change the information.
So here's my question: I live in Ohio. I have been reading all of this stuff on here but my head is swimming[ lack of sleep from my accounts being drained from this crock].
So first, what do I need to do. The one loan is in my husbands name and he's gone and not able to communicate by phone, not something we had planned on. They won't speak to me at all. My husband can email but his cellphone gets NO SERVIE where he is at.
The three loan companies are: Paydayone, Cashnetusa and AmericanWebLoan.
I need help. I am assuming my bank will send the stuff back to the lender since the account was closed on Friday and today or tomorrow my paydayone loan is supposed to come out.
What do I do now??
Can I set up payment plans without making phone calls etc??
I have no money to pay bills thanks to the crooks and now this.
Please help!! I am disabled make very little money and felt like we were barely skating by. I don't want to get in any legal trouble for the loans being in default. So what is going to happen.
Please point me to the right places.

Well AmericanWebLoan is illegal...it is tribal. Not sure on the licensing of others. However, Ohio is a low interest loan state and you are only permitted on loan at a time.

Ok Thanks. Cashnetusa and paydayone are each over $800. You will have to excuse me, I am epileptic with short term memory loss. I am trying to deal with these and pay them what they are entitled, just not all at once in one lump sign. I see Ohio isnot a criminal state, what does that mean?

I am really lost. How can I tell if they are able to garnish my wages? Do they have to follow garnishment laws? Please help, I sound dumb but I am trying to handle this on my own and can't have wages garnished. Does paydayone do that?

CashnetUSA and Paydayone are both legal in Ohio. All you need to do is call them and set up a payment arrangement. You can get a prepaid debit card to pay them with. Tell them your account was closed because it had been compromised. They're both pretty easy to work with.

Ok so I revoked PDO's at the bank, my account is now closed. I don't have a phone so I emailed cashnetusa but haven't heard anything back. I am disabled and my phone is off til next week. STUPID fraud people.
OK how do I deal with American Web Loan?? so they don't keep accessing my account too...

I have no idea, I closed my bank last friday, and now the bank called me to say they were trying to push it through. I walked to the bank[ I am epileptic] and signed the revokation form with them. I am so embarassed since i live in a small town and everyone knows what's going on now....I still have to deal with cashnetusa and american web loan. My bank kind of acts like it's still kind of open and that's annoying to me..I can't afford my money to all disappear

First, everyone in your town shouldn't know what's going on. That would be a serious violation of privacy laws.
Second, if your bank knows the situation and says your account is closed, just double check with them that if something gets presented it will be returned with an "account closed" notification rather than causing your account to reopen.
Tell them to put the account in deposit only status until final closure.
