I faxed them and sent them an email explaining that I have paid back $360.00 on a $300.00 loan and asked if there was any arrangements we could make to settle and they refused to discuss settlement. Said I owe them $300.00 and they will continue to to take out $90.00 every two weeks plus $50.00 down. Is there anyway I can push for a better settlement???
