Is One Click Cash legal in Delaware? I had a loan of $300.00 have paid $360.00 in fees without touching the principal. I am hoping to get them to settle with me. Any suggestions???

Delaware requires a lender be licensed in your state, I browsed through the data base and couldn't find a license on them. Click the link below for the licensee data base for Delaware.

Delaware is the home of more PDLs than any other state due to there lax laws. Most of these lenders only have a mail drop there but that is where they are licensed. One Click Cash operates under several DBAs. It is really hard to check them out. There are many on the forums who have dealt with them who may be able to provide information.

Thanks Frog, I kinda wondered about that, I know that One Click Cash has been under the microscope lately in Ca., I couldn't find any info on them for Delaware, which surprised me for the reasons you stated above.
