any advise, oneclickcash won't stop calling at work on my cell and work number everyday. I just mail a complaint to the Ag and dept finance office in Nebraska. hopefully that will help. I don't want to answer as i know they will give me the story about being in a native american community. 300.00 loan payed 180.00 in refinance fees. so I owe 120.00 as they are not licensed in the state of Oregon.

They seem to ignore the dept of finance in my state, as a letter was faxed to them and my revoke letter was faxed to them.

should i call them back as I have communicated via email to customer service and compliance dept, what i intend on paying and they have been faxed both letters twice now.
they won't reply

Any advise other than to ignore them until they respect my wishes and communicate via Us mail or email, as stated in my letter.

i don't need verbal confrontation over the phone while im at work.

They will never respect your wishes. The best thing you can do is change your phone number at home, if they call at work, don't argue with them, just hang up.

Yes! I had the same problem with this one! They called me at work during the day and until after 10pm at my home. I sent all the form letters and they ignored all of them. I was getting so many calls at work I finally had to explain the situation to my boss. He is a great guy. The next time they called me at work he answered the phone and told them he was the owner of the company and for them not to call again. He told them he already kept an attorney on retainer, and he would file harassment charges if they called again.

They don't call me since I sent my cease and desist letter but they keep sending me a "settlement" email that is triple the original amount. I don't know if I should send them email telling them to jump in a shallow river or just ignore it and wait for them to settle for the original amount.

I would decline their offers if they aren't being fair.

Don't show them any reason to intimidate you..... calling you at work is a pain, but dont let it stress you..... they can't do anything besides become a pest..... pay what you owe and ask them which lake they want to take a jump in......
