How do I know if my PDL places have wage assignments? I don't have any of my original paperwork.

Just assume that they have it in the contract..Be safe and send all of them a revocation letter, and give a blanket one to HR.

lren, I revoked any wage assignments I "may" have signed with every single pdl that I had (and there were a lot!). I just covered my butt. I know the majority of them didn't even do wage assignment; however, I was covered just in case!

And a lot of the time (most!) you don't even know that you signed them! They like to hide that stuff in fine print. Better be safe than sorry.

EXACTLY! I wasn't positive that something wasn't "hidden" or maybe not even disclosed, so I just revoked away!
