You can consolidate, but you can also clean these up yourself. Please read through some of the threads here about PA. It's a bit confusing, depending on what department you talk to you get a different story. But if you file complaints with the AG's office you may get some help in dealing with these companies.
I would also recommend considering closing your bank account. Please read the following thread regarding some important information you need to know before you close the account.

Welcome to the forums! Payday Select and Payday OK are the same company and are relatively easy to deal with. If you still owe them legally, they will work out a 2-3 month payment plan for you if you insist on it and they will not put up a fight over it. Please read the thread goudah postedf and get that bank account taken care of and let us know if you need help!

My bank closed my account due to all of the nsf's on my account that were caused by all my pdl's. So what do I do next? I know some of them I have not paid enough.

flyers, please post what state you reside in and the names of the pdl's. Also state if they are internet or store front pdl's. Then list how much you borrowed (principle only) and the amount you have paid back so far. We can figure it out from there.

I'll find your post. You're in PA? I do know that there's a funky loophole in the PA internet lending laws. Makes it kind of hard to understand. They are all internet, I assume, since PA prohibits pdl's in your state?

Yeah, as Cannr was saying PA can be a bit confusing. If you go to the PA Dept of Finanical Inst. website (the dept in charge of regulating pdls) they clearly state on their website that with any loans taken out over the internet the companies only need to be licensed in ANOTHER state, and they would need to follow the laws of the state they are licensed in. But then if you call the AG's office, and get the right person on the right day, you can be told that these companies have to follow PA law no matter where they are located. I've called the AG's office there about 10 times now and get a different response every time I call, so it can be very hit or miss.
Since your bank closed your account due to nsf's, are you reported to chexsystems? Do you have a new bank account yet?

I was able to open up a new account. I guess I wasn't reported to chexsystems because I was able to get that account. I have contacted paydayselect, they accept money orders and were very helpful.

I borrowed $1000 and paid them $300 x2 for fees and $100 towards the principal. That is $700. Legally I only need to pay them $300? How do you go about getting through to them. Midland borrowed $300 paid $560 in fees am i legally done paying them too? Above I posted all of my payday loans. Can anyone tell me which ones I am legally bound to pay on.

If you go to the web site for your AG's office, they have a complaint form on line. After closing your bank account (which you have done) you also need to send a letter to each ipdl revoking their right to debit your account and revoking any wage assignment you may or may not have signed...better safe than sorry. You can then either state to them your state law and the fact you overpaid or a request for a payment arrangement to pay off the balance you legally owe. Then file complaints on each one separtaly with the AG, the FTC, and BBB. You can find the forms on line at each site. Some sites let you file right on line...I had to print my forms, fill them out and mail them in.

If you take out a $300 loan and pay back$556 just by all the refianacing does it mean you have overpaid. I am a little confused about this. My bank account is closed and I am trying to figure out exactly what I owe on them. If I was just paying the finance charges over and over does that count? Is it what ever I pay them count as payment towards the principle.
