I am still working on stop my PDL nightmare.
The one I am workin on now is Power Funding. The only document I have from them was a request to PIF the loan from 1/24/07 Since that time they continue to debit.
I have paid $1170 for a $300 loan.
Here is the question the fax number listed on the Form I have matches the fax number people gave out for arrowhead investments? Also I have called Power funding and left a message for Jan.
Please help
Fax number is 866.379.7667 Phone numbers do not match though.

I have these phone numbers for Power Funding 305-433-8368 / 1-800-496-4209. See if you have any success in talking to them about your account.
Check the laws of your state and know the legal charges. You seem to have overpaid on the account. You must fill up their dispute form and claim for a refund. If needed, take the help of your AG in resolving this matter asap

You must talk to your bank also and block Power Funding from taking out more money. Talk to someone in their frauds department and request them to file a dispute with Power Funding. They will start up the verification process with the loan company and possibly reverse the overpaid amount into your account.
