Hello.....I recently paid off a loan with them. I originally got a 500.00 loan in July 2011. I paid them 2,750.00. Even though it's paid off, can I still request a refund. I overpaid them by alot. Also is there a certain letter that I need to use? I live in Tennessee.
Thanks in advance.

File a complaint with the FTC and the AG. Send them an email requesting a refund of your overpayment.

Also make sure you have a copy of the contract. I filed a complaint with the Delaware Banking commission and Eastside tried to lie and when they sent a copy of the contract it showed no interest so I only owed them 20.00 and I sent them that was done. I found out they are a legal lender in Delaware but check the contract it may say 0% interest if so they screwed themselves. I would still file my complaints with the FTC and AG.

I sent a letter requesting a refund to Eastside Lenders. They responded back saying that I needed to mail it to the address. Has anyone else had to do that?
Thanks in advance

Don't waste your time sending them a letter. I sent one and it was returned. Just file a complaint with BBB.
