|

I have a PDL with nationwidecash that I have overpaid by $300. I have been in contact with Jimmy Blake via email, but he refuses to discuss my account with me via email. He says I must call him. I don't want to call because there will be no record of our conversation. Should I stand my ground and tell him again that I won't call or should I just call and see what he has to say. I have emailed him 5 or 6 times and he always responds that I need to call him.
I really don't care if they continue to debit my closed account, it isn't costing me anything, but I would like to get this settled and over with.
Any advice.
Thanks,
Amanda

Stand your ground and do not talk to him on the phone. Continue to insist that your discussion take place through e-mail. Hang in there!

I am in Tennessee. I have already closed my bank account, sent letters, and settled with 9 out of 13 PDLs I had out. I haven't heard anything from 3 or the 4 I have left to settle. Jimmy Blake at Nationwidecash is the only one being difficult so far. Most of the others just marked me as PIF (the ones I had overpaid ) or accepted my settlement offer for the outstanding principal.

Like soxfan said, stick to email only with these clowns.
You have already paid the principal back. I would leave it at that.
Other than idle threats of arrest, being "downloaded to county",etc theres really not a whole lot they can do.

Thanks guys. You would think they would want to settle, it has to cost them something to keep debiting my closed account.

What is the email address for Nationwide cash. I just worked it out and have paid $860 on a $400/80 loan.
