Hi, welcome to the forums. You have come to the right place. Please tell us how much each loan was for and from which lender. Also, how much you have paid each one so far and the State that you live in. That way we can help you determine what you legally owe.
You must close or freeze your checking account immediately so that you can breathe and deal with these companies on your terms, not theirs. Tell your payroll dept that you need to get a live paycheck for a while. Also are these internet or storefronts?

Welcome to the forums, you have come to the right place, there are tons of people here who have been throught this nightmare and survived and you will too. You will need to provide a little more information thought. What state are you from?, this will be needed to determine the legality of the pdl companies. What companies did you borrow from? Was the company a storefront or an internet lender? How much did you borrow and how much did you pay back so far?

see if you can get your bank statements and find ouit how much was paid to each. We need to see if you have already paid these loans back the legal amount.

Just wanna add my '2 cents', on this thread. i use to have SOOO many PDL's, I just din't know what to do. My paychecks were getting 'eaten up' by these things. Finally....I just had to calm down a bit, and realize that I had other priorities than the PDL's. I have a child I'm raising (single mom), rent, bills, etc. I stopped payment on ALL of the PDL's and 'started over', with another bank account. You can't go to jail for owing a PDL Company (reguardless of the horror stories people hear). PDL you can pay off, slowly, but, surely. They DON'T go on your credit. Hope this advice helps those having trouble with PDL's.

sometimes a pdl will go on to your credit reports. You can dispute it, but it is a pain.

What are the laws in Utah about PDL. I have two for $300 each and have been paying for over 6 months every two weeks $90 and I can't continue to have $180 of my check go towards this. I stopped payment on one and now they are trying to deduct all these odd amounts from my bank acct.
