I took out a PDL with Rapid cash management for $200 on 10/23/07 since then ive only been paying the processing fee of 89.00 totaling $356.00..Since I reside in the state of NY do I owe them any more money?? please help

I am also from New York. These loans are not legal in the state of New York. You have paid back the principle. Actually you have over paid it. You are done with them. You need to closed out your checking account so they can not take any more funds from you.Open another account at a different bank and do not give that number out .

They said they would call my manager at my job if I didnt make a payment in full, is there anyway I can stop them from doing that.

They are not legal so they will do what they want. Usually however , it is just a scare tatctic to force you into paying them more than you legally or morally owe. Send them a cease and desist letter telling them they can only contact you via usps or e mail.Also if you signed any wage assignments you need to revoke them. They are voluntary and can be revoked
