Has anyone had any pdls with this company. I live in Louisiana. I have overpaid 1st loan by $1400 and want balance applieed to current loan of $300. they refuse stating that after 8/21 they will send me to an outside collections. I am wnating to avoid an outside collections going on credit report.

You can read the pdl state laws here.

You first need to check if the company is legal in your state or not. Is this company storefront or internet?

It is internet and it is not licensed in the state of LA
