Received a telephone call that they want me to pay an additional $900 on a $600 loan, of which I've already paid $450 in fees. I sent an email informing them that they are illegal in my state and that I am willing to pay the balance of the principal owed, plus the allowable interest rate of 25% apr as if they were licensed in my state. to top it off that only leaves a balance of $181.56, which I agreed to pay in THREE payments of $60.52 STARTING 8/10/07. I am in the process of fiing a complaint with the BBB and will let you know what the next stumbling block is. I think i will file an individual additional complaint with my AG stating this fact, hmmmm Anybody have any dealings with payday yes aka FFD Resources IV, LLC located in Wilmington, DE?

I haven't dealt with Pay Day Yes; however, I know other forum members have. You're payment plan proposal to them sounds good. Did you send your letter stating you revoke their privilidges? You do need to file with the agencies. The BBB, the FTC, and your state AG regardless. File the complaints. Get documentation and copies of everything. They are operating illegally and the agencies need to know about this. They need as many complaints as possible to crack down on these pdl's.
