for a loan of $225, I paid $680 after totaling it up from bank Statements. Now they are asking for $435. Omar Shan (where do they get these names) called my job and my home 10 times (I got caller ID) asking for a payment. I filed a cease and desist two months ago,revoked wage assignments they may have (and since they are a paperless company(or so they say), the payroll and legal dept at my job will not comply with a verbal wage assignment). I complained to the BBB, FTC, NV State of FIN. Institutions. I'm beginning to think that these guys are above the law, because no one can stop them of their illegal fees and collection tactics. I refuse to pay by money gram, or pay them period for that matter 
We need to file a mass complaint to the FTC, that may be the only way to get the Feds to investigate. Just think about it, If the government can block all calls made by Cash Today, that would be sweet.

speedy, I agree. Cash Today is horrible. However, you did file with the FTC, and I know the rest of us who have had them did also. So, they are aware of how many people Cash Today has "gotten". And they are paying attention. Unfortunately, you'll never see a refund from these idiots. And they'll keep hounding you for more money. But, hang in there, speedy! The FTC is paying attention!
