I have been contacted by this company various times and have received numerous treating emails requesting that I call them to prevent "paperwork being processed" I know these people are a bunch of jerks. They say I owe them $330, but they made unauthorized withdrawals from my account back in March when I tried to make arrangements with them. Causing me to have to close my account. This was all at the same time that I lost my job. I have no way of paying them and they claim I must pay in full by 12/31 ... I don't want to call them but I'm not sure what else to do. Please advise!!

They make all kinds of bogus threats, so don't be scared or intimidated by them. First off, what state are you in, and how much have they taken out of your account in fees since you took the loan with them?
