I just got a call from an ole company that says I owe 1200.00, but they could knock off $500.00 and I could pay the balance of 700.00, so then I told them that I had already sent in payment, but the person did not call me back as promised when I money gramed that company the set up payment for 100.00. Now they want me to pay 600.00 by Monday. My question is can I pay down these loans (total of 3 pay day loans) until they are paid off?

MB, please do as TIffer suggest. You may have already paid what you owe. Some of these companies are illegal and will rob you blind. Please list your state, where you borrowed, how much and how much you have paid so far. The people here can and do help a lot of people with these PDL companies.

these places are trying really hard to get people to pay them money right away because they know that people have filed their income taxes and will be getting refunds and they think they can scare them into paying them....don't let them push you around...please follow tiffer states and someone will be along shortly to help you.
