Hello and welcome! Very Happy We can probably help you here with your payday loans. We've all been there, done that! Can you please tell us what state you reside in, who your pdls are (storefront and internet), how much you borrowed (principle amount only), and how much you have paid back (total) so far. We can help you.

And if any of your PDL's are storefronts, check and see if they offer the extended payment plan. This will allow you to make 4 equal payments over time.

hi! as you have five seperate loans, you can also consider going in for consolidation or settlement. this will also reduce the amount you owe. talk to the pdl companies whether they are willing to defer the payments any longer. whatever you do, do not take another pdl to pay off your existing loans. because by this you will find yourself digging deeper and deeper into a trap from which you will find it very difficult to come out.

What company are you dealing with? I was dealing with Westbury Ventures and I owed them about $1300 on my loan due to all of my missed payments, I was going through a divorce though at the time and all the bills were backing up. The fees keeping adding up the longer you don't pay but, I talked to a woman there her name is Rebecca Martin and she settled my defaulted loan for the principle and only the fees up until the I called her to work something out, she stopped all the fees and I sent her a payment to stop the fees then on my next payday we settled the account in full for the priciple. Hope that helps! [/left]

My own stupidity. I would love to figure out how I can get out of the cycle... stretch out the payments and get out of this hell.

I live in NH

kash posted your NH state pdl law for you to see. No rollovers allowed. That's good. Criminal action prohibited. That's good. Now we just need for you to list out who your pdls are with the information kash asked for.
