Be aware that "Payco" is formerly "AIP d/b/a American International Processing". Payco is based out of the UK and highly ILLEGAL! Confused

Hi Friend,

If you're looking for PAYCO PAYDAY LOANS for balance or pay-off information, their number is 1-866-575-0400. You might also try EXT 139 (JAMIE) since she was the one that finalized my own loan.

Good luck.

Just a quick message of caution.I almost took out a loan with
payco but because they could not connect with the bank to
verify checking account info they said they could not loan to
me.Actually I was going to pull the plug on this anyway.Payco
were going to fund me a 300 dollar loan and the intial fee
would have been 134.00 and an additional 10.00 for a "processing" fee so.Also they said that I could keep paying
back the 144.00 each payday or pay the entire amount of
434.00 plus the 10.00 processing fee.I thank God that my bank could not connect to payco or else.Maybe the bank was actually wise to them and simply dropped the call.

I actually work for payco company and if everyone remembers no one forced your arms to take these loans! When these loans are setup your read a detailed script and you AGREE to these terms. Not one person in our company puts a gun to anyone's head and says you must take out this loan that's purely based on your own personal needs so if you were paying attention when we were speaking to you instead of tuning out everything we say just so you can get us off the phone then that's your own damn fault, pure and simple I personally believe if I would agree to these terms and was given instructions on how to repay, phone #'s to call and the oppurtunity to speak to a supervisor if needed then I should have to follow that agreement! I've worked for payco company for almost 2 years and have been through a lot with them and know that their not out to deliberatley screw people up the ass, you put that on yourself! I can't speak about what the specific terms are on here but I can say that stevekathy4867 is wrong on those terms so he/she is probably someone who gave us wrong info like most of you do or would have defaulted on the loan. Just baffles me but one thing I do know is you'll still keep taking loans out!!! Thanks

you work for payco, how proud you must be.a couple of points for you.

1)you are based overseas
2)phone contracts are illegal in the extreme
3)the phone #,s your company gives are either busy when we
call or disconnect us,so we can't repay your illegal loan.
4)nobody that comes to this forum wiser, will never ehehever
deal with mopes like you again.

there now go harrass somebody will ya.i'm sure there are people who haven't been to this forum yet.better get moving
because the number of consumers putting up with your tactics is dwindling.get your digs in while you can troll.

Way to go Paul Laughing

I cannot believe above guest had the audacity to come down on consumers when the company itself are the CROOKS Evil or Very Mad

Yes people do not read the fine print and listen to directions clearly. This is exactly what companies like "Payco" prey on. They know people will need money in desperate times, so they spit that dribble over the phone then once you agree they GOT YOU! Tables turn when the consumer gets educated and takes matters into their own hands. Besides $144 interest on a $300 loan is NUTZ! Twisted Evil

AIP is NOT based overseas. They are located in DE.

I do agree that people need to take personal responsibility for their actions. No one forced them to take out multple loans, it was a decision we all made and need to take responsibility for our actions. We cannot blame a company for something we initiated.

Thing with Payco. there is nothing to read. It is read to you. So you do have no excuse for not knowing the terms before you take out the loan.

I had a loan with AIP a while back, and had no trouble with getting them on the phone. I think Paul is referring to other companies in his post.

I do think people tend to put all the blame on the company and forget their part in the situation. And it's a shame, because until people take the responsibility for their actions and make changes in their lives, their situation isn't going to get much better.

Goudah there call center is in DE correct. The headquarters is in UK. I got a letter from AIP lawyers stating so. Also I got a letter from the UK headquarters of AIP stating they were sorry for any inconveinence and they refunded me. Payco uses a US address, but all transactions are done in the UK. Also along with "World Wide Cash". Hope this helps any consumers dealing with them.

No, AIP does processing for payday loan companies that are in the UK. AIP is not actually the company giving you the loan, they just service the loans and do everything for the real lender. At least that is how they operated a few years back.

Yes that is correct. That is what AIP said. They were simply application processors for the overseas company. I.E. call center. If you wanted to get a refund, you will need to contact UK headquarters. But they contacted the headquarters for me and got my refund, I was blessed I guess. Wish it was that easy for everyone Confused

well i was referring to AIP.when i had my problems with them i got both lines.there address was in DE,but they are not bound by US laws.goudah did give me the advice to file BBB complaints.seems that AG complaints didn't phase them.that is when i heard there line about being in the UK therefore they are not bound by us laws.everything was done like with GFSIL,B.I.G, or ROUTE 66.my BBB complaint came back as AIP
closed.
i will never condone anyone shirking responsibility, but i will not
give these pdl's some who are made to keep you paying indefinitley a pass at all.i see on this forum all the time people who wish to make good, threatened, harrassed, insulted, and hung up on.why?because they don't want to give out bank info after losing there former account to pdl overdrafts.they want to mail payment, but the pdl's try to do anything to get bank info.that is why my contempt for all internet pdl's is so high.

I know that is correct - That is why you have to contact the UK for a refund, AIP isn't the people giving the loan. They just service the loans.

I'm not saying anyone here is shirking responsibility, I was just making a general comment. I know you rock Paul! Very Happy

I agree. Payco can be very evasive. So how do you get a honest response and do honest business with your customers and you act like that! My point is some PDL companies condone this type of behavior and I think that is wrong. I too have a high dislike for the internet/verbal agreement companies. SOME seem to be elusive and vauge with their company informatiom even when a customer is trying to be honest and pay what they owe Confused Fool me once, but never twice Evil or Very Mad

We all as customers need to be responsible and pay an owed debt. No one here on this forum condones getting out of paying a debt. Well at least I have never seen it as of yet here Wink
