Does anyone know if Paydaymax.com or known as Payday Max is licensed in WI?

they are not even in this country.
This is taken from their website
JURISDICTION. The transactions related to loans will be deemed to have taken place in the offices of PayDayMax.com Inc.® and according to the laws of Grenada, regardless of where you may be viewing or accessing this site.
Even this statement is incorrect. Laws goi according to where you are, noyt where the pdl is located.
These guys are highly illegal

That's what I thought, but I wanted to make sure, thanks so much for the info! Do you know for sure about CASHNETUSA? I'm thinking that they are, but wanted to make sure.

I've been told that cashnetusa is a CSO, and therefore gets around the payday loan laws. They are legal in Florida, not sure about WI, but I am assuming ( I know, I know) they are legal in WI.

cashnet is a CSO in states that they need to be like FL and TX...not all.
The WI DFI has Cashnetusa listed as legal.

yes, they are...either by way of acting as a PDL or a CSO..whatever the state requirement is.
