I am too also caught up in this payday loan dilemma. It was too much for me to pay with all the interest coming out. I reside in the state of Virginia and I have six payday loans five internet and online store front I just want to get out of this debt as soon as possible. Please give me some advice

Please list for us the amount of prinipcal and interest that you have paid on these pdl's. Someone will be along to post your laws for the state of Virginia. In order for you to gain control over your financial situation you need to close your checking acct, but read the sticky on how to close your checking account.
Make sure that you revoke any wage assignments that you may have signed in your contracts. Notify them after you close your accounts or they might try to take money out before you get it closed.

amount borrowed
amount paid including fee's
