There are numerous threads in here about Langhorne, and most of them were not good. I was leary of them as the attorney for them was the one who actually wrote the contracts for these PDL's and was also collecting on their behalf...so it kind of made me curious if it was a scam or not

You might want to search Langhonrne on this site and see what has come up regarding them. Same with T&C. At least that way you can be a little more informed as to which company is going to be the better one to go with. I have read that several people have used T&C, but check the threads out.

Go through these topics. You will have a better picture on this company before considering them.

I have heard good and bad about both and can't say that I have any personal experience with them. I am sure someone will come along soon that has. I thought about using T & C but I decided to fight the pdl places myself. Anytime I talked with them they were very friendly and easy to deal with. My coworker was using them for her pdl's but they were not able to negotiate the interest down to any of the places and she was able to work out things on her own so she cancelled her contract. Her only complaint was that they told her that they would negotiate with the pdl companies to get her payments lowered and they did not do that.

That is me...never used either, so really hard to say if they are any good or not. That is why I suggested to search the topics. Might give someone a better idea. From what I have read, there are a few I don't think I would want to use!!!
