Help I previously posted about my internet payday loans and all seem to be fine except PayDay Loan Yes! I have sent letters and emails, at least over fifty, and they refuse to work with me. Today I recieved a phone call at my work from an Alicia and she just flat out started by being rude and cussing at me. I fought back and explained you haven't even tried to calll my cell/home phone. She threatened to call my payroll and I then asked her to send me to collections. I called back the number she called from and got a John who was no more help than she was. I asked for a validation of my debt owed and he refused. They also refused to give me to the owner. I have filed complaints with the BBB and the Washington Attorney Generals office. I can handle this but I can't have them calling my work. ANy other suggestions???? Please Help!

Try sending all your info, C and D letter and anything else you think pertinent to this address. It is the Admin for PayDayLoanYes.com

I would tell them that you cannot receive calls at work because you will get fired and if that happens you will have no money to pay them and then give them them your home or cell if you want.

Yes I just owe the $35. They are relentless! The woman told I couldn't afford a lawyer because I was poor! What!!

They have all my contact info and know how to properly get a hold of me.

I wouldn't argue with them when they call, I would just hang up, all you're doing is feeding the fire when you give them the opportunity to communicate verbally with you. If you have sent them a cease and desist letter, then abide by it from your end too. Keep your chin up and good luck! Smile

When I dealt with them, the Supervising Examinor for the Oregon State Department of Financial Affairs called them on my behalf, and they did the same crap to him! They care about nothing!

I too had a loan with Payday-Loan-Yes for $350, which in fees and some paydowns I have paid a total of $680. Even if licensed, Ohio law permits only $15 per $100 loan and no rollovers. I should owe at the most $402.50, so I've overpaid by 277.50. I sent them C & D letters and emails to a couple of addresses asking they mark my account paid in full and issue a refund, but I've yet to hear anything back. I realize the refund is a long shot. If I could just get the PIF letter, that woudl be great.

Just how many PayDay Loan Yes PDLs are there? If you punch in PayDayLoanYes.com you get one thing, if you punch in PayDay-Loan-Yes.com you get another. I guess a hypen makes a world of difference! I know that ACHLoans.com and ACHloan.com are two different things as well, just as a point of reference.

Oh the good people from payday loan yes--the same folks who owe me and call me THIEF...they sold my loan to a collections agency. I started laughing and the jerk said why are u laughing we will get the money..i said ha not in NC--GOOD LUCK/GOODBYE laughing.....the NC Ag told me to tell them to go to hell if they call and I pick up accidentally. Maybe I should wish them a good day..LOL

Ya know, I am not sure if even the PDLs are sure exactly who they are affiliated with. I have said from the get go that I think there is one big "Oz" in this and they all trickle down from there. It had to have started somewhere and trying to find that starting point is the problem. Keep up the god work guys!
