I sent PayDay Max a letter (as well as several others) and said I believe I PIF. Well they called yesterday and the gal said you had a payment arrangement set-up and I said well I feel like I've paid in full. She kept saying I have a payment arrangement set up and the call ended. It wan't nasty by any means but I don't know how to handle these.
If you remember, I set up an arrangement with them to pay $80.00 every 2 weeks for like 6 weeks and they would then consider it paid in full. But, I realized I had already paid them like $225 over the amount of the original principal. At this point I don't even want the principal back, I just want it to say PIF.
Help again,
Diane
