Hello, I am new to this board, and I was reading through these post about what these companies have done. These companies and many other "traditional" payday loan companies are the reason that I started my company, Elite Cash Services. We offer loans from $100 - $899 for terms of 2 - 26 weeks. We have many different loan products available depending on what state that you reside in. We have:
Turnaround Loans: These loans are for $100 - $264 for terms of 2 - 4 weeks.
Short Term Installment Loans: These loans are for $300 - $499 for terms of 6 - 10 weeks.
Classic Installment Loans: These loans are for $500 - $699 for terms of 12 - 20 weeks.
Six Month Installment Loans: These loans are for $700 - $899 for terms of 22 - 26 weeks.
Elite Cash Services is licensed to do business in California and Colorado. We charge less than a "traditional" payday loan lender and we have more flexible payment options. With any of our installment loans the payment schedule will follow your paydays and will be much more affordable than trying to come up with the larger lump sum, like you would have to on a payday loan.
For example: In the state of California, a payday lender can make you a loan for $255.00 until your next paydate. For this loan they will charge you $45.00. You will repay $300 on your next paydate. With Elite Cash Services you can get an $899 loan for 26 weeks, the finance charge would be around $152.84 for the entire loan and if you are paid Semimonthly (i.e. 1st & 15) you would be looking at a payment around $80.84. You would make 13 payments over the 26 weeks, and be completely paid off. Also we have no pre-payment penalties, so you could even pay the loan off early, and save some money on the total finance charge. You would have to take out almost 3.5 payday loans to compare, and you would have to pay those off in 1/4 of the time.

I was going on the internet today contemplating getting a payday loan for people with poor credit and decided before doing so I would come to RIP OFF REPORT's website to check out of few of these companies that are advertised on the internet. I am so happy to say that I came here first because had I not, my already poor credit would have been worse and I most likely would have gotten suckered into all of there lies and games! I feel badly for people that do not research companies before they run head first into something they can not get out of...(which was my initial reaction when I say I would be approved for a loan...)I am depressed because I have alot of bills and all I wanted was to be able to get some extra money to get my grandkids and my own kids some gifts for Christmas, but after reading posts here, forget that....I will still be depressed because I can not afford anything for them but I will at least not have greedy creditors breathing down my back and I will not do jail time when they tax me to death on a $600 loan that would have turned out to be well into the thousands when all said and done! There need to be laws protecting the public from scam artists such as these companies are! I sure hope anyone that was unfortunate to get into this mess will find someone to help them out of it...I will keep you all in my prayers...maybe a miracle will happen to all of us and we will all receive the money we need for Christmas, bills, housing or whatever else we need at the moment in our lives....
