G'morning!

I've sent my C&D letters and complaint letters and now waiting to hear from ameriloan, PaydayYes and United Cash. How is everyone determining a payment arrangement with these people when they get in touch. Do you let them know what you can afford? I'm curious as to what kind of arrangements people have made and for how long.

Thanks!

I do hope that you have closed your account prior to sending out these letters. If not, they will go in and take all you have. Please secure your account before contacting these people,

remind me how much borrowed and debited by each pdl?you see these three are all highly illegal.therefore you only owe the principle borrowed.also with them being illegal they will say you owe the entire balance which unless you had no money debited from your account isn't true, and they will want your new bank information.just be prepared for that.

Paul,

The United Cash was for $300 and they have taken $90, ameriloan was for $300 and they have taken $60 and Payday-Yes was for $350 and they have taken $105. So when they contact me I was wondering what might be an acceptable payment plan.

just know this.try to work with what you can afford.since they are illegal i wouldn't put other expenses off because of them.that being said these illegals will want more than the amount borrowed and your new account#.just send them letters stating that you now know they are illegal and want to pay the principle.ask for a physical address to send money orders.do not back down from that.as to the payments say breaking each into three equal payments is what i did,but do that only if it won't be a burden.that's the bottom line.pay them but when you can.not when they say to.

Thank you so much Paul...you've been such a great help and I'm actually getting through the day without hyperventilating. I will follow your advice. I have also sent complaints to the Florida Attorney General's Office. Thanks so much.
