I tried to do payment arrangement with webpayday.com but they refused unless the account goes to collections. The only way it goes to collections is to be returned from the bank as NSF. I revoked ACH and they debited the bank account anyway. I have gotten loans from them before and have always paid them off so I was an excellent customer and the one time i wanted to do a payment arrangement they refused. My bank was on my side as I provided the letter that I sent to webpayday stating ACH revocation and they returned the NSF fee and they put a stop payment against webpayday for any future debits. Naturally, webpayday did not like that so I was told that I can send payment via moneygram to Georgia but I had found an address on their website that they were in Texas. I questioned them and said i was wary of this situation and was told that they process payments in georgia. So, I get a phone call yesterday (after I told them about 5 times to contact via email only!!!) and they say that now I owe $900. I borrowed 600 and paid a finance fee of 150 so i told them that i will pay 600 and that's it. she tells me that interest and finance fees have accrued just like a loan from a regular bank. I told her i'm paying 600 and that's it. I can start making payments at the end of June at the rate of $50 dollars a month. (this was just to piss them off but now i'm thinking of just making a 25 dollar payment per month or even sending 10 dollars a month) I get another message on my answering machine last night to call them back. I guess webpayday.com has problems with the words, "contact via email only". I told her that I spoke to Amy Burns at the AG office and she started saying, "well we process the payments in Georgia but we're not located in Georgia." what?!?!
