Can you help with payday loans? I did get in a bit over my head. I've been making payments on the principal, but would like to know if I can make an offer to not pay back the interest. I have 5 loans that are being paid back very slowly. Thanks

The guidelines for paying back the loan vary from each lendor. Some offer the option of paying $50 plus the fee back.
Who are your loans currently through?

US Fast Cash-$300.00-have settlement offer of $300.00 if I pay in 30 days-which I will.
Paycheck Today (very nasty-threatened me)
Geneva Roth-Paid Principal in full-want to split the
$180.00 in interest
M1Y Direct-$200.00 (paid $100 on principal)

Little Loan Shoppe-$250 (am working with them
One Click Cash (Very Nasty)-$300.00
Most are working with me as I have explained my situation. I've tried to consolidate the payments, but the 5 companies I've been to referred to do not handle payday loans. I've learned a real lesson!

Just to let you know, if you consolidate your payday loans, they'll be charing you a fee for their services.
If you're able to do this on your own, I would highly advise that.

One of the consolidation companies that deal with pdl's is T&C,. As far as I am aware they do not have a website, but they do have a toll-free number, however I don't have that at the moment. But like Teleport stated you should at least try to settle these on your own but if you feel overwhelmed them by all means check into the consolidation program.

guest, the majority of your internet pdl's are not licensed/legal. Please post what state you reside in. I have a few of the pdl's you are dealing with. We need to know your state so we can check out the law.

sorry here is my complete message.... i live in pa and have loans through cashnet usa (500.00 due on 11.23.07) have paid about 400 in fees , eastside lenders 400.00 fee is 90.00, paydayok (300.00 fee is 60.00) payday yes, vc funding, payday one 450.00 fee is 90.00, paycheck today (350.00 fee is 60.00). Can i consolidate these loans. I really need help. I am so stressed and feel overwhelmed and embarassed. I thought i would be able to pay the loans back in full when they came due but my overtime was cut and now i am struggling to make my car, house, etc payments. please help. Thanks. What I am suggesting is start your own thread (click new topic) and we can talk you through your situation... I was just hopeing you could start your own so we don't hijack this thread and confuse the information with the other person trying to get help here.
