Town and Country does consolidations of payday loans. The other companies that I know of do lump sum settlements which is a little different than what you asked about.

First of all try to pay-off the bill by yourself. Chalk out a budget, a well planned plan for repayment and act accordingly. Before selecting a particular company for consolidation loan, shop around.

I think you should also try for a debt management program which can reduce your repayment amount.

There are a lot of good people on this forum who are here to help. If you do want to consider taking care of these PDLs on your own, you can get a lot of help and advice here and probably save yourself some money in fees.
You would need to list your state, each PDL that you owe, whether it is internet or store front, the original amount borrowed from each, and any payment made on each.
