I was wondering if anyone has sample letters or wording to send to the PDL's that tell them the following:
1.) Account has been closed - do not continue to withdraw.
2)Cease and desist calling at work.
3) Payoff arrangements and how to find out what you really owe them since I have overpaid on them and I am in Florida so they are illegal.
Payday loan yes - Loaned $250 With Ext. and feed pd $240
my cash now - loaned $880 Paid 1460
Payday Today Loaned $300 - Paid $360

Heres a copy and paste of the Florida laws regarding PDL's, you can figure out what you still owe from this.
Someone should be a long shortly that can send you a few letters.

If you want, I can send you a pm with a letter in it. You will need to doctor up the letter to fit your specific needs, but it contains everything you need to tell them.

You have came to a real good place, I have been going through and reading some of the community success stories here and there is more than one happy camper around here.
I wish you luck with your situation, looks like you got some real good advice right from the start and there is no sense in me repeating what has already been said.
Please keep the forum updated on your progress and any other problems that you may have.

Volley, I amswered the same post on another thread. They got the letter , and said it was what they needed.
Thanks Volley for getting us all such a great letter. So many people have used it with success.
