i have dealt with pd recovery as well as
alliance asset managment for that loan.
it depends on what state you are in really.
they are not licensed in my state of illinois, but some states they might be.how much did you
borrow and how much paid total.pd recovery
and alliance are real pains to deal with.

i doubt they are licensed to lend to you, therefore you are only obligated to pay back the principal.somebody should be along with your state laws.send a DV and C&D letter.send it certified mail return receipt requested.

I already did that and have sent C & D letters everyday , I also sent one to PD Recovery yesterday with my state laws. MA prohibits PDL'S.

if you have the receipt from your letters,it is time to file AG,FTC,and BBB complaints.that should get them off your back.
