Would love some feedback on this. I've noticed there is a lot of email communications with pdls. Try copying your AG, Dep of Banking and rep for fdcpa (Fair Debt Collections Practices Act) on every email. The BBB has no power to enforce and therefore is ignored. Point out in your correspondences that you are copying them and make sure it is visible in the CC line. Copy their processing company as well. You'll get best results if you contact these departments for a name and email first instead of just using a generic department email. What do you think?

Original credtors..such as dealing with a PDL directly, do not have to comply with the fdcpa. Otherwise, sounds good!

I was under the name of jto1972 and just registered. I am in the process of fighting them, but want to make sure the PDLS get an email too. I know PA allows them to an extent, but I paid more interest than allowed by the state of those PDLS laws.
