CAN SOMEONE ADVISE IF ANYONE RECVD A CALL REGARDING TAKING LEGAL ACTION ON PAYDAY LOANS AND HOW THEY WENT ABOUT IT. PLEASE HELP

THE NAME OF THE COMPANY SAID UNITED LEGAL PROCESSING DEPT 1-214-614-9009 I ASKED IF I COULD HAVE WRITTEN INFORMATION FAXED OVER TO ME SHE WOULDN'T FAX OVER ANYTHING TO ME I DID CLOSE MY ACCOUNT WHERE THE MONEY WAS BEING WITHDRAWN BECAUSE I PAID SO MUCH IN INTEREST FEES BEYOND I NEED HELP.

It would help if you posted the state you live in. The amount you borrowed. The date you borrowed it. The total amount you paid back and roughly when you made those payments. Also is this an internet PDL or a storefront.

I LIVE IN NY I TOOK THE LOAN OUT FOR 450.00.00 AND PAID
THE FEES WHICH WERE 135.00 THREE TIMES THEN I CLOSED THE ACCOUNT SINCE I WOULD END UP PAYING MORE THAN WHAT I TOOK THE LOAN OUT FOR. SHE SAID THE PDL WAS WITH CASH NET.

probably paydayloan yes aka cashnet 500.they are a bottomfeeder pdl and this is a bottomfeeder collector.i wouldn't
even talk to them.just hang up,this person probably has a thick
accent right?

as i figured,do not talk to them further.they are located in INDIA.they can't and won't do anything except call.the more you talk to them the more they call.stop the cycle now.they will call for a little while,but will eventually give up and move on.

I applied for a loan online and never completed it, then the cash PDL called me a week later and asked why I never completed the transaction and did I want to? I said no, my problem worked itself out. this is 3 months ago. Today I get a call from Rose Johnson (?) and that I am going to be sued, along with my references if I do not pay along with their lawyers fees. the woman has a thick Indian (India) accent and will not give the company info. I feel like I am being scammed.

Help?????
