I have a question about Paydayone. I was assuming that they are licensed in Wisconsin--I did a search on the DFI website, http://www.wdfi.org/apps/CorpSearch/Search.aspx? but their license comes up as "Withdrawal"

Anyone know if this means that their license is no longer good in Wisconsin? If so, then I might be able to just pay them the pricipal on the loan and be done with it. I've dealt with PayDayOne for 2 years now, loaning and re-loaning.

they are licensed in PA and worked with me on paying only the principal
call them.

I'm confused - I just looked them up and it doesn't say thier license was withdrawn . . . They are licensed under PDO Financial, dba Payday One. Here is their license:
Where did you see that the license was withdrawn? I only saw the list of active licenses . . . . Am I missing something?

Oh, I get it - You did a corporation search, not a licensing search. That's why we came up with different outcomes . . . .

Also, what happened was they changed their corporate registration to their corporate name - PDO Financial. If you also do a search for PDO Financial you will see that they do still have an active corporate registration with the state of Wisconsin.

Thanks Goudah, that clears it up--I don't see how these PDL's can go under so many names and not get confused!
