Virginia Internet payday lenders are not legal, either because of restrictive laws, or because the state does not license companies not located in that state, but requires a state issued license to lend. If you need further assistance on what to do, start a new thread and someone will be around to help you. It gets pretty confusing when everyone has to bounce back and forth between threads, and it's a lot easier to follow if you place all your information in one place. I posted the laws in the other topic.
