hi everybody! here i am stuck with my cousin's problem. she had six payday loans, and quite a few medical bills lined up. she started with the medical bills and spoke to the creditors if she could defer payments on the payday loans. they agreed. now all of a sudden, her voice mail is flooded and they have sent a letter to her workplace demanding immediate repayment. we know we cant do anything, except coming up with the money, but still, is there a ray of light somewhere?

You came to the right place. Tell the forum what State your friend is from, and the pdl's (Storefront, and/or internet)and state the amount owed. They will take it from there. She may advised to close her bank account.
