I need help! I have paid THOUSANDS of dollars in interest on several pdl's..how do i settle them now? Thanks!!

I did put a hold on my account yesterday, so I am anticipating they will start calling me tomorrow!
usfast cash $350 paid $790
big ltd $250 paid $1900
eastside lenders $600 paid $1365
paycheck today $400 paid $720

I have another one with GFS that I am trying to find out when I originally took it out.
