I have a Pay Day loan with a Company called
Payday Loan of America for $400. I have already
paid in fees $300.00 I would like to know if anyone
has any information on them. On their loan document they state they are licensed lender in
Delaware. Does anyone know this to be true? I would like to just pay them the $100 I feel I owe them being I already have paid $300 in fees.
Any suggestions?

You can check their licensing status from the following url. But it seems that they have lied in their contract. Hope some other member would successfully throw some light on this matter.
