According to the Who Is for their website, PDL Loan Centers are the same thing as Impact Cash. If you put that in the search box, I'm sure someone has posted all the contact info.

Impact Cash and PDL Loan Center are two completely separate companies. The email address dawnlango7 put in as a contact is for Impact Cash NOT PDL Loan Center. Also, it's not even an email for customer service. I don't know PDL Loan Centers email but here is their phone number: 866-928-5055. Good Luck!

For starters, I am sorry to hear that any company would have so little care for their customers that they would not return a phone call or email as soon as possible.

My suggestions would be as follows:

Review your contract for addresses and information on how to pay off. Attempt to contact them in this manor first with a letter, or using reverse look up tool on the web. (they may provide an address or bank account to send funds to)

If you look around most short term lenders use a specific group for reporting, find that group and ask for a copy of your credit report with them; that should contain a phone number.

If you can find some way of contacting the lender, request proof of the debt, a copy of the contract you signed, and a statement on your account.

As a tip to anyone that is borrowing, only borrow from a company that is licensed in your state. (Look for proof on the website, or on the wall in a store)
I know faxes are a pain, but they do make the contract and the whole process a lot more traceable and legitimate for the borrower and the lender, as well as ensure that both parties will hold up to their agreement.

And please do not borrow from one lender to pay another’s payment… Go find a debt consolidation group, or figure out another way to handle your finances. These High interest loans are meant to be short term. I sadly see these products abused by consumers and this abuse encouraged by irresponsible lenders all too often, and it always seems to be the borrower who pays for the abuse in the end.

You can find the steps here. The first step is to close you bank account.

You only owe the amount you borrowed. Any fees or rollover charges you have paid applies to that amount.
