I'm seriously having a problem with this company. I do believe they are a scam. There is no way of contacting them. I want to pay the loan in full on October 15, but there is now way of notifying them.. PLEASE HELP

I do not have a contract with them...I may have inquired, but I did not sign a contract. I do not know the fee...how much they take out each check...the length of the loan etc. WHO ARE THEY AND HOW DID THEY GET $74 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT TODAY??? Sad

I SAW A CREDIT TO MY ACCOUNT FOR $200.00 ON 9/30/2008 BUT I ACTUALLY JUST CHECKED MY ACCOUNT TODAY, 10/7/08 AND SAW THE CREDIT. ANYWAY I TRIED THE NUMBER GIVEN FOR THIS COMPANY AND IT IS SAYING MY PARTY CANNOT BE REACHED. I DID NOT SIGN ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY BUT I MAY APPLIED HOWEVER NOW I OWE MONEY THAT I NEVER AGREED TO HAVE SENT TO ME. IS THERE ANY OTHER NUMBER ANYONE HAS FOR TIS COMPANY?

They are a nightmare! Try achloan.com. you can log in to your account there. Do it now before they make their next deduction. I put a block on my account and they went in under another name.

I had the same problem. I however did apply for a loan with another company and this company appeared depositing money into my account the same 200.00 a few weeks later (not on my payday) there was a debit of 74.00 and 3 more there after every two weeks...could not get through to anyone and they do not put their web address on the recording. I had my bank stop payment hoping they would call me back when they did not I called and left yet 2 other messages and they called me back under an "UNKNOWN" caller-id and gave me a website and user id. On top of that for a 200.00 loan I would have ended up paying over 700.00 because they say after I stopped the payments that I owed them late fees..This is crazy beware!!!!!

I went to a2bcash.com and found a log in page, I changed my password , and was able to log in using my email address as a username and my new password, the information in the account section of that page coincides with my bank statements....the only options they offer as far as pay off are all the full amount of the balance or just the loan fee, which would eat you up after a awhile at 74 dollars a crack.....hope this helps someone out!!

Fed up with ACH Loan

I spoke with one of their customer service reps. this morning by calling 877-400-1599 and she advised they do not have any contact information other than an overseas fax number. I researched more on the internet and finally found their mailing address. They are located at 7333 Caribou Street, San Antonio, TX 78238 and their business phone # is 210-509-2252. The customer service rep. verified my account information and balance so I am sure this is the same company.
