go to your AG'S website.they should have that info,but i can tell you PAYDAYLOAN YES will not be licensed.they aren't licensed anywhere.do you have a loan with them?

yes i do and they are not threatening me with a court summons and wage ganishment. Any advice??

yes give your HR person a WAGE ASSIGNMENT REVOCATION letter.that is what they consider a granishment.big difference between the two.a garnishment requires them taking you to court,and winning.a wage assignment is voluntary,and can be revoked anytime.as far as the summons goes.paydayloan yes has been fined in more than one state for their illegal practices.i doubt they will or can sue legitimately.know the summons threat is empty as their heads.give your HR person the letter,and file AG complaints against paydayloan yes.

the are calling under the name first financial. does that make a difference??

no it doesn't.this is an illegal pdl.whoever is calling is breaking the law stating that.as for the letter.go to the WATCH OUT FOR section on the right of this page.there is a sampole letters area.
