this company keeps bothering me. i live in florida and they have their money from me 600 dollars to be exact and i only got 300 from them. Today I was called and told by Mr. Andrews that the sheriff would have a surprise for me in three weeks. Help ME!

Is it Payday Loan Yes itself or a collection agency? I know that company sells a lot of its loans to third parties and you can sue those in federal court for harassment under the FDCPA

that is why we advise anyone to draft a WAGE ASSIGNMENT REVOCATION LETTER.that puts a stop to that.

Ignore the other guest, beachcrazy. Payday Loan Yes doesn't use wage assignments. They make threats but they aren't one of the companies that actually use them.
