Payday-Loan-Yes advice...

As I've posted before these people are becoming annoying. Everyday, they send me this email:

"Dear XXXXX:

We are offering a special settlement of 70% of your current balance.
We must receive this via Western Union or via your Visa/MasterCard debit/credit card.
To take advantage of this settlement offer you must call us today at 800-666-8107 or simply reply to this email.

Our staff is here to help.

Sincerely,

Tim Atkins
Manager
Payday Loan Yes"

So I send them this response:

"I appreciate the settlement offer, however 70% of nothing is nothing, and that is what I owe according to the state of Ohio. Since you are not licensed in the state of Ohio, I am only obligated to pay what I borrowed, which was $150.00. I have paid $400.00 so actually I am due a refund of $250.00. If you can give me your license number for the state of Ohio, I will gladly pay what you say I owe. "

Today I received the same email offering a settlement but its from Heritage Marketing... I'm guessing that's a DBA of Payday-Loan-Yes...

How would you suggest I respond, the same email I've been sending?

Thanks!! Confused

I wouldn't respond anymore, those are more than likely computer generated emails which are sent out on a timed basis to the clients who have defaulted. (Yes, I know, you didn't really default but in their mind you did. lol) Very Happy
